| The original
purchaser must submit all warranty claims with valid proof of
purchase. The product will be sent to Importec freight prepaid by
the customer for inspection. If it is determined the product is
defective, the purchaser's recourse is limited to replacement of the
product by Importec, or credit issued to the customer's credit card
account. The policy for Importec does not provide for any labor,
material, and/or shipping charges for the replacement of the product
or the replacement performed. Prior to any return, a Return
Authorization (RA) must be obtained from the assigned salesperson.
This number must appear visibly on the outside of the package or the
item will be returned to the customer at their expense. RAs are
valid 30 days from date of issue and will be considered void if not
received within that time frame. Other requirements are listed
below. |

Non-Returnable Items |

Meters, Control Units, Electric Motors, Electric Sensors, Oxygen
Sensors, Modules Etc.

Return or New Unused Products |
- Returned
merchandise must be new, unused, in original packing and in saleable
condition with all factory seals intact or it will not be accepted for
return.
- A copy of original
invoice must be included with the return, shipped freight prepaid.
- All returns are
subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as all shipping charges that
were incurred by Importec and then returned as a result of the
customer ordering the incorrect part or the part being not
required. Shipping charges are calculated & charged at the UPS Ground
published shipping rate.
- Returns
submitted more than 30 days from their purchase date will not be
accepted, unless for warranty replacement.

Return of Cores |
- Cores must be
return within the 45 day return period.
- To receive credit,
cores must be re-buildable, complete and meet current eligibility of
manufacturer's specifications. Importec will issue customer credit for the
current commercial value not to exceed original purchase core price. Only
cores sold by Importec will be accepted for credit. Core value will be
credited to account after Importec accepts & approves the core is in a
rebuildable condition.
- All cores must be
returned in the original manufacturer packing, shipped and freight
prepaid.

Warranty Returns |
- To be eligible for
a warranty replacementt, all warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months from
their date of purchase from Importec, with copy of original invoice.
- In processing
warranties, Importec will only offer replacement for product they have
sold or issue credit for the customer's account if item is not
available. All warranties, either expressed or implied, are hereby
disclaimed. Importec neither assumes nor authorizes any other person
to assume any liability in connection with the sale of goods.
- Warranty
merchandise must include all descriptions and symptoms of cited
defects, make, model of vehicle, year of production, chassis number,
mileage and all repair orders applicable with the claim. All warranty
claims must have a copy of the repair order for the original
installation, replacement and any subsequent repair or replacement
orders.

*Note: Importec reserves the right to verify all warranty and
defective products. If it is deemed a non-productive/non-manufacturing
defect and claims are denied, the customer will be notified by mail or
email with reason of denial. The customer may then contact Importec with
a disposition of the product. Product will be held for 15 days from the
day of receipt of denial letter / email. After such time the product
will be disposed of by Importec. All requested returned product(s) must
be freight prepaid by the customer. Refunds are applied to the same
credit card that you used for the initial purchase. Refund normally take
3 to 4 weeks to process from the date that we receive them. |

Damage, Shortage & Incorrect Shipments must be reported within 48
hours of delivery. Carrier caused problems must be reported to the
carrier. |
